Shipping policy

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. We do not ship outside India; message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you need that.

All orders are prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). There is no Cash on Delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment, Monday to Saturday; during festive periods and sale events this can take 2 to 3 business days longer.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days in Chennai and Tamil Nadu, 3 to 5 in metro cities, 5 to 7 across the rest of India, and 7 to 12 in the North-East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, hill stations and island territories. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.

Any shipping charge is shown on the payment page before you pay. Delivery is free on orders above ₹5,000. We share the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp. The delivery address can be changed only before dispatch.

Each piece is packed in protective wrapping inside a Lakshanam pouch or box, then in a sealed outer parcel. Please record a continuous unboxing video from before the parcel is opened; it is required for any damage claim.
