Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to deliver your order and help you: your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, entered on the Razorpay payment page, and anything you send us on WhatsApp or email. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials; those go directly to Razorpay.

Your details are shared only with Razorpay to take payment and with our courier partner to deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent personal data. Analytics on this page, where enabled, use pseudonymous usage data only.

You can ask us to correct or delete your data at contact@lakshanam.com. Lakshanam by Subha is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
