Returns, refunds and cancellation

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, or because a design, colour or size did not suit once received. Please ask us anything before you order; we are happy to send extra photographs or a short video of the actual piece.

If a piece arrives damaged in transit, with a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, report it within 4 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 73586 71075 or by email at contact@lakshanam.com, with a single continuous unboxing video that shows the sealed parcel, the shipping label and the problem, plus close-up photographs. Approved claims are resolved by a replacement of the same piece; if it is no longer available, by an alternative of equal value, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Refunds, where due, go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Natural variation in handmade and hand-finished pieces, screen colour differences, and tarnish after exposure to perfume, water, sweat or cosmetics are not defects.
